Another study, conducted in Canada by Quebec human resources experts from the Aon Group, indicates that absenteeism connected to the stress represents a 15,1 working day loss per employee per year, which represents 6% of the wage bill of the company.



Also, the indirect costs related on the losses of productivity, the administration and the personnel of replacement would represent nearly 20% of the wage bill. For some companies, this proves even more costly than strikes !
